Not Guilty, Dismissal and Mistrial

After a 3 day trial in Clark County Superior Court on the Charges of Theft 2, and 3 counts of Cyberstalking, the jury returned a Not Guilty verdict on one court of cyberstalking.  The jury was unable to come to a decision on the Theft 2 and another count of Cyberstalking.  Finally, the court dismissed the third count of Cyberstalking before jury deliberation.  My client walked out of court without a conviction.
