Dismissal of Harassment and Not Guilty Verdict on Assault 4.  Client was having a an argument with his then girlfriend when she called police on him.  She accused him at trial of threatening her life.  We showed the jury that at the time of the incident, she was not afraid of  my client and that at trial she was upset that he decided to break up with her, which would give her a reason to lie to the jury.
